HOW LONG IS THE CEREMONY?
The Ceremony is 3h in total. Don't worry, time will fly by!
CAN I CONSUME CEREMONIAL CACAO?
Ceremonial Cacao is legal and safe to consume for everyone. However, if you are currently pregnant, lactating or consume MAOIs or SSRIs your dose will be lower to avoid headaches and racing heart. Please reach out to me at info@tamwecoaching.com beforehand so I can prepare accordingly.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE THE CEREMONY?
It is recommended that you avoid caffeine, alcohol, refined sugar and animal products a few days or at least a day before the ceremony to be able to absorb its full effects.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AFTER THE CEREMONY?
Please drink a lot of water to cleanse and hydrate your body. If possible avoid drinking alcohol and engaging in big crowds of people the day of and after the ceremony to be able to fully integrate the experience.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO THE CEREMONY?
Depending on the location that will be announced soon yoga mats & pillows will be provided or you might have to bring your own. It is recommended to wear white or light colored clothes and bring an eye mask and a journal book.
