The Energy Studio is a wellness space that takes a holistic approach to nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. It features a Concept Store, a Co-Working Space, a Tea Bar, Studio Room and a small Zen Garden.

We offer a variety of weekly classes, including yoga, meditation, sound healing, and more, along with special workshops, events, and ceremonies. Additionally, we provide certification trainings through the Energy Medicine Academy, where you can explore different practices such as meditation, mindfulness, reiki, sound healing, and shamanic knowledge.
