1:1 Sessions

In-person sessions are held at the Energy Studio, Haidingergasse 27, 1-3, 1030 Vienna Austria. Online sessions such as the reiki distance session or online mentoring are held via Zoom.

Reiki & Violet Flame

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that focuses on channeling universal life force energy to promote healing and overall well-being. During a Reiki session, a practitioner places their hands on or near the recipient's body, allowing the energy to flow through them and into the recipient. The intention is to rebalance energy blockages, restore alignment, and promote relaxation and healing on multiple levels. In my Reiki sessions, I additionally apply the Violet Flame, which is a high vibrational energy that allows transmuting energies to flow through to accelerate spiritual purification, emotional healing and transformation. You have the option to book an in-person session or online via zoom.

Sound Meditation

Access Bars is a technique within Access Consciousness. It involves lightly touching 32 points on the head, known as "Bars," which correspond to different areas and aspects of life, such as healing, body, aging, sadness, awareness, creativity, and more. These points are believed to store electromagnetic components of thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and emotions. This process aims to release stored limitations, belief systems, and patterns that may be hindering personal growth and well-being.

Cacao Ceremony

Sound meditation is a practice that involves using sound as a tool for relaxation, healing, and deepening one's meditative state. Sounds and harmonic vibrations are created with specific instruments that and are designed to stimulate the alpha and theta brainwaves. During a sound meditation/bath our parasympathetic nervous system gets activated, which allows deep body/mind relaxation, boosts various metabolic processes and stimulates our digestive system.

Ceremonial cacao is considered a shamanic plant medicine that has been an integral part for many ancient indigenous cultures in South America. Ancient Mayan texts described the cacao ceremony to be “heart opening". The 'medicine' works specifically by bringing us back to the feeling of love, oneness, peace and connection. Every ceremony can be different. Some include dancing, others singing, breathing exercises, meditation or sound healing. I often like to hold space with a fusion of different modalities that are chosen for your individual needs.
