Sound Meditation

Sound meditation is an ancient practice that involves using sound as a tool for connection, relaxation, healing, and deepening one's meditative state. Sounds and harmonic vibrations are created with specific instruments that and are designed to stimulate the alpha and theta brainwaves. During a sound meditation/bath our parasympathetic nervous system gets activated, which allows deep body/mind relaxation, boosts various metabolic processes and stimulates our digestive system.

Tibetan Usui Reiki & Violet Flame

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that focuses on channeling universal life force energy to promote healing and overall well-being.

During a Reiki session, a practitioner places their hands on or near the recipient's body, allowing the energy to flow through them and into the recipient. The intention is to rebalance energy blockages, restore alignment, and promote relaxation and healing on multiple levels. In my Reiki sessions, I additionally apply the Violet Flame, which is a high vibrational energy that allows transmuting energies to flow through to accelerate spiritual purification, emotional healing and transformation.

Cacao Ceremony

Ceremonial cacao is considered a shamanic plant medicine that has been an integral part for many ancient indigenous cultures in South America, especially the Aztec and Maya.
Ancient Mayan texts described the cacao ceremony to be “heart opening". The 'medicine' works specifically by bringing us back to the feeling of love, oneness, peace and connection. Helping us to come to a connection to our deepest emotions. Enabling us to make the unconscious conscious and liberating us from stuck vibrations to elevate our state.

Shiatsu

BESCHREIBUNG
Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese bodywork method that works with gentle pressure, stretching, and movement to restore the natural flow of energy in the body. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu stimulates the meridians (energy pathways), helping to bring balance to body, mind, and spirit.
During the session, comfortable pressure is applied using thumbs, palms, and sometimes elbows or knees, combined with mindful stretches and rotations. You remain fully clothed and lie on a mat, allowing for deep relaxation and a grounding experience.

Tea, Sound and Nail Standing Ceremony

A traditional Chinese tea ceremony has been an integral part of Chinese culture for centuries. Buddhist tradition developed a tea practice called “Wu-Wo,” which translates to “void of self” or “selfless,” and the heart of the ceremony is that everyone participating is equal. This experience embodies self-reflection, meditation, and collective energy sharing. In the stillness, the mind and body are in their most open and calm state, allowing us to see our lives from another perspective.
In the ceremony, you will be able to try real high-quality tea from China and learn more about the qualities and nuances of tea itself.
The ceremony will be accompanied by sound healing frequencies from singing bowls and other instruments that will benefit both your mental and physical state.

Closing the Bones Ceremony

"Closing the Bones" is a traditional postpartum healing ritual with roots in Latin American and African cultures, originally offered to mothers after birth to help bring the body, womb, and spirit back into alignment. Today, it is offered more broadly to anyone seeking energetic closure, emotional integration, or a sense of inner wholeness after life transitions such as childbirth, miscarriage, separation, loss, or major personal transformation.
This deeply nurturing session begins with smudging to clear the energy field, followed by a short systemic/family constellation process to connect with the underlying emotional and ancestral layers that may be asking to be witnessed.
