At The Energy Studio, we take a holistic approach to wellbeing — understanding the human system as an interconnected field, where body, mind and subtle processes continuously influence one another.
Rooted in an energetic perspective, our work honours ancient spiritual practices while consciously integrating modern scientific insights. Rather than working on isolated symptoms, we engage the whole system — supporting deep regeneration, balance and self-connection through sound, breath, movement and awareness-based practices.
Alongside weekly classes, workshops and certification trainings, The Energy Studio is also home to a tea bar and a curated concept store — creating a calm, welcoming environment that supports both rest, exploration and community.

Our individual treatments take a holistic and energetic approach — working with the body, mind and subtle energetic layers simultaneously. Rather than offering surface-level relaxation, sessions are tailored to address root imbalances and support the body’s natural capacity for regulation and healing.
Our practitioners work with a range of integrative methods, including energy-based bodywork, breathwork, sound healing and somatic therapies, consciously adapted from both ancient traditions and modern therapeutic approaches.

Energy Medicine Certification Program
An integrative in-person training open to everyone who wants to understand and work with energy — for personal growth, everyday life, or as a foundation for guiding others.
This unique program weaves together multiple ancient traditions and modalities into one coherent path, including meditation, sound healing, breathwork, Reiki, shamanic practices and ceremonial work. Ancient wisdom that is consciously integrated with modern perspectives on health, awareness and the nervous system.
Designed to fit alongside work and everyday commitments, the training takes place in selected weekend modules, allowing for deep learning without stepping away from life.
Led by the founder Tamara, this training supports you in cultivating a lifestyle rooted in awareness, alignment, and heart. You’ll be invited to reconnect with your intuition, integrate ancient wisdom into your daily life, and develop the sensitivity and presence needed to support healing for yourself and others.
