At The Energy Studio, we take a holistic approach to wellbeing — understanding the human system as an interconnected field, where body, mind and subtle processes continuously influence one another.

Rooted in an energetic perspective, our work honours ancient spiritual practices while consciously integrating modern scientific insights. Rather than working on isolated symptoms, we engage the whole system — supporting deep regeneration, balance and self-connection through sound, breath, movement and awareness-based practices.

Alongside weekly classes, workshops and certification trainings, The Energy Studio is also home to a tea bar and a curated concept store — creating a calm, welcoming environment that supports both rest, exploration and community.

While classes can be joined as drop-ins or with class packages, our memberships are designed for those who wish to integrate these practices into a healthy, balanced lifestyle and cultivate them as an ongoing part of life — offering continuity, commitment and a deeper regeneration.

While many studios focus primarily on physical movement, our approach goes further — working with sound, meditation, energy-based practices and conscious presence alongside movement. Over time, regular practice supports deeper regulation of the nervous system, greater resilience and a more stable sense of self-connection.

Our memberships are designed for those who wish to prioritize their wellbeing and integrate these practices naturally into daily life. Membership offers continuity, flexibility and a supportive structure that allows the benefits of this work to unfold gradually and sustainably.

Drop-ins and class packages are always available. Membership, however, is for those who feel called to stay connected and cultivate wellbeing as an ongoing part of life.

Membership Offers

For those who want freedom, variety, and space to explore without committing long-term.
Come as often as you like, try different teachers and practices, and discover what supports you most right now. This membership is perfect if you want to stay flexible while still making more space for yourself, your body, and your wellbeing.

- Unlimited access to all regular 45, 60 & 75-minute classes
- No long-term commitment
- Full flexibility month to month
- 90-minute classes or Community Events are not included.

- Membership automatically renews monthly. You can cancel any time before directly via Eversports.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Class bookings must be cancelled at least 6 hours before the class starts.
- Late cancellations or no-shows incur a €10 fee, after one courtesy warning.
- If the studio cancels a class, e.g. due to low sign-up, up to 3 hours before start time, your class credit will be refunded.
