The 6-Month Energy Medicine Practitioner Training includes five comprehensive modules and offers a holistic, embodied approach to energy healing. You learn how to work with energy, through Mindfulness, Meditation, Reiki, Sound Healing, Crystal Healing and shamanic practices, and how to carry these practices into daily life to reconnect with nature and with yourself.
It goes beyond theory. The program supports you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom, developing intuitive insight and cultivating a grounded, heart-centered lifestyle, so you can embody your healing gifts for yourself and for others.
This is more than a training. It’s a transformational path to purpose, presence, and deep healing.
Training Schedule
To become a certified Energy Practitioner you complete five in person training weekends. Over six months you move through them in order, building from mindfulness and sound healing into energy work and shamanic practices.
The modules are intended to be taken together as one coherent path that builds on itself, though each one can also be joined individually.
Module 1 Meditation & Mindfulness 25 to 27 Sep 2026
Designed for those seeking greater balance, emotional regulation and deeper awareness within themselves.

Module 2 Sound Healing 23 to 25 Oct 2026
Far more than playing crystal bowls: the energetics of sound alongside the science of how it works on the brain and nervous system, so you can hold sound journeys with depth and clarity.

- Origins of sound healing, different styles and instruments
- Binaural beats, cymatics, the autonomic nervous system and brain wave states

Module 3 Reiki I & II 13 to 15 Nov 2026
The study of energy passed on to you: the foundations of Reiki, the body’s energetic anatomy, balancing the chakras and the physical, emotional and mental bodies, and your initiation into Levels I and II.

Module 4 Reiki Master III 22 to 24 Jan 2027
The master level, where the work turns inward. You move toward mastery of yourself, open the intuition and psychic abilities you already carry, learn to work consciously with the invisible spiritual realms, and learn how to hold group healing sessions.

A study of indigenous cultures and their practices, working with the power of nature through herbal baths and smudging, and learning to hold ceremonial cacao as a way to open the heart and work with emotion.

Each module runs Friday 5–8pm, Saturday and Sunday from 11am–7pm at the studio. Every module is 40 hours in total: 20 hours in the studio and 20 hours of guided practice. Five weekends together make 200 hours.

About the founder
Tamara Weiland.
Tamara Weiland is the founder of Energy Studio Vienna and the Energy Medicine Academy. Her practice brings together more than ten years of diving into energy work, meditation and sound, studied through workshops, trainings and ceremonies internationally.
She is certified as a Tibetan Usui and Violet Flame Master Teacher, Sound Meditation Practitioner, Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner and Cacao Guardian, and has taught these practices to individuals and groups in Vienna since 2020.
Her approach is grounded and practical, built on respect for traditional lineages and on tools people can use themselves. Through the Academy she passes that work on, teaching people to reconnect with themselves and also training practitioners to work with others.
What this training is
All five weekends happen in the studio at Haidingergasse 27, 1030 Vienna, Austria, with guided self practice between each module.
Each training holds only ten places, so you get personal guidance throughout the months and a much deeper experience of the practice.
After handing in the assignments of each module there is the possibility of receiving a certification, leaving you ready to hold private sessions and group experiences. If you choose to work professionally, you can register in Austria as an Energetiker Gewerbe.

What’s included
Each course is held on an extended weekend and entails an additional 60-minute group integration call after each training. Each training totals 20 hours of live sessions at the Energy Studio in Vienna.
You’ll receive one month free unlimited membership at the Energy Studio to help you learn further and start applying the knowledge learned into your daily routine. Unlimited classes such as yoga, sound, meditation and more.
Throughout the course, you’ll be paired with another student to review and hone your work. This is as well an important component to support each other throughout the process.
As you will be going through this course with other like-minded people you will have the opportunity to connect to every individual via a WhatsApp Group. Important updates, valuable information, questions and stories will be shared here during and after the program.
In the 5 month Energy Medicine Practitioner Program, each student has 1x 1:1 mentoring session and end of course evaluation included at the end of the course program. However, if you feel called to have additional 1:1 support throughout the course you can choose to add mentoring sessions.
This program includes a very thorough and information-packed workbook, and each module you will receive one. Here I tried to put down all my knowledge about Energy Medicine and explain the different modalities from a spiritual but also scientifical perspective.

Five weekends in the studio Where the training happens
Every weekend takes place at Energy Studio Vienna, Haidingergasse 27 in the third district. You practise in the room, on real people, with Tamara correcting you as you go. The other half of the training is your own self practice between the weekends, with her guidance whenever you need it.

How much does the training cost?
The full training is €4.444. An individual module is €999.
Where does the training take place?
At Energy Studio Vienna, Haidingergasse 27/1-3, 1030 Vienna.
What language is the training in?
The training is held fully in English. You can always ask questions in German, Portuguese or Spanish, as Tamara is fluent in all of them.
Can I become a Human Energetiker in Austria with this certification?
Yes. With this certification you can register as a Humanenergetiker, which is a so called freies Gewerbe.
Do I need to attend all five modules, or can I book one?
It is highly recommended to do the full five module journey, as each one builds on the last, otherwise you only get a small fraction of what it really means to work with energy and hold space for others. However, if you already have a lot of prior experience or want to focus on one specific topic, you can also attend a single module.
How intense is the training, can I handle it alongside work?
This training is designed to uplift and charge you, rather than distract and deplete you. It is built so that anyone can join alongside their job and a busy life.
Do I need prior experience to join?
No prior experience is required. This training is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. You will be guided step-by-step, whether you are new to sound or already working in the wellness space.
What are the payment plans?
The first installment, the deposit, is paid before the training starts, and the remaining balance must be fully paid before your 2nd module begins. Conditions: 2 installments +2%, 3 installments +2.5%, 4 installments +3%. A non-refundable deposit of €999 is taken from the first installment.
Will I be certified?
Yes, you will receive an Energy Medicine Practitioner Training Certification upon completion of the 6-month program. In Austria you can then register yourself as a Human Energetiker at the WKO once you want to become self-employed.
Can I work with clients after this training?
Yes. The training is designed to give you the tools, structure and confidence to start offering sessions, whether 1:1 or in group settings.
Do I need my own instruments?
No, instruments will be available during the sound training. However, we will guide you on how to choose instruments if you wish to build your own set after the training.
What if I can’t attend one module?
Let me know in advance. In case of emergencies you can join the next group training and a spot will be secured for you then. Important to note is that for attending the Reiki Level III Training, Level I&II must be completed.
