- Treatwell is used for private sessions and treatments.
Depending on the service booked, information necessary to arrange and provide the service may be processed.

Such data will only be processed where a valid legal basis exists, such as your explicit consent or another applicable legal basis.

Payments
Payments may be processed by Eversports, Treatwell and/or other payment providers.
We generally do not receive complete credit-card or bank-card details where payment information is processed directly by a payment service provider.
The respective payment providers process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Contacting Us
If you contact us by email, contact form, telephone, WhatsApp or another communication channel, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare or perform a contract.
This may include your name, email address, telephone number, message and information relating to the service you are interested in.
Where you voluntarily communicate with us through WhatsApp or join our WhatsApp Community, information such as your telephone number, profile information, messages and interaction data may be processed by WhatsApp / Meta in accordance with their applicable privacy terms.
