What’s included
3 Day Intensive Live Sessions
This program is an in-person intensive training, in which you’ll have the opportunity to learn about theory, practice and ask questions. In total, you will have 20 hours of live training. Training is mainly in English but German translation in class for clarification is also possible. Training will be held at the Energy Studio.
Study Buddy
Throughout the course, you’ll be paired with another student to review and hone your work. This is an important component to support each other throughout the process.
1-1 Mentoring Sessions
If you feel called to have additional 1:1 support throughout the course you can choose to add my online or in-person mentoring packages.
Workbook
This program includes a very thorough and information-packed workbook. Here I tried to put down all my knowledge about indigenous/ shamanic knowledge and theoretical/ historical background as well as practical information on how to work with the cacao medicine.
Supportive Community
As you will be going through this course with other like-minded people you will have the opportunity to connect to every individual via a WhatsApp Group. Important updates, valuable information, questions and stories will be shared here during and after the program.
20h Self Practice
You’ll be assigned homework each week and will be checked to track your progress. The practical self-study part of the course entails 20h, which at the end will be evaluated.
About
Shamanic & Ceremonial Cacao Training
This 40-hour immersive training is a comprehensive exploration of shamanic traditions, indigenous wisdom, ceremonial practices, and conscious work with cacao as a plant medicine.
Throughout this journey, you will study and experience:
• Foundations of shamanic worldviews across different indigenous cultures
• Mayan and Andean cosmology and their relationship to nature and spirit
• Ethical and responsible approaches to working with plant medicines
• Ritual tools such as smudging, herbal baths, altar creation, and sacred space preparation
• Shamanic journeys and working with altered states of consciousness
• The cultural and historical context of ceremonial cacao
• Preparing Ceremonial Cacao
• Ceremony structure — how to intentionally open, guide, and close a sacred container
• Space holding skills and energetic awareness in group settings
You will deepen your understanding of nature-based spirituality and learn how ritual can support emotional processing, reconnection, and personal transformation.
The training combines theoretical knowledge, experiential practice, reflection, and practical facilitation skills — allowing you to embody what you learn rather than only understand it conceptually.
Important Note
This training does not initiate you as a shaman.
Traditional shamanic paths require years of dedication within specific lineages and cultural contexts. This program offers education, practice, and respectful integration of shamanic principles into modern life and facilitation work.
