What’s included
3 Day Intensive Live Sessions
This program is an in-person intensive training, in which you’ll have the opportunity to learn about theory, practice and ask questions. In total, you will have 20 hours of live training. Training is mainly in English but German translation in class for clarification is also possible. Training will be held at the Energy Studio.
Study Buddy
Throughout the course, you’ll be paired with another student to review and hone your work. This is an important component to support each other throughout the process.
1-1 Mentoring Sessions
If you feel called to have additional 1:1 support throughout the course you can choose to add my online or in-person mentoring packages.
Supportive Community
As you will be going through this course with other like-minded people you will have the opportunity to connect to every individual via a WhatsApp Group. Important updates, valuable information, questions and stories will be shared here during and after the program.
20h Self Practice
You’ll be assigned homework and will be tested to track your progress. The practical self-study part of the course entails 20h, which at the end will be evaluated.
Workbook
This program includes a very thorough and information-packed workbook. Here I tried to put down all my knowledge about the theory of sound and sound healing practices from a scientific and spiritual perspective.

This program is an in-person intensive certification training, in which you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the history, science, theory, and practical applications of meditation & mindfulness. You'll delve into the therapeutic properties of mudras, mantras, learn to work with various meditation & mindfulness techniques, and explore concepts such as non-duality and nervous system regulation.
