Learn the art of holding space with the power of Sound
This program is an in-person intensive certification training, in which you’ll have the opportunity to learn about science, theory, and practical applications of sound healing. You'll delve into the therapeutic properties of sound, learn to work with various instruments, and explore techniques to address physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.

Course Outline
Sound Healing is far more than simply playing crystal bowls.
It is the art of understanding the energetics of sound, learning how to weave your intuitive gifts into immersive sound journeys, and working with clear, intentional energy to create deeply transformative experiences.
At the same time, it is grounded in science — exploring how sound interacts with the brain, nervous system, and body, supporting regulation, release, and healing on multiple levels.
This training bridges both worlds: the intuitive and the structured, the energetic and the physiological — empowering you to facilitate sound experiences with depth, clarity, and purpose.
Theory:
•Intro to music theory, frequency, scales, sound physics
•Origins of sound healing, different styles and instruments
•Binaural beats, cymatics, the autonomic nervous system, brain wave states
•How to create a sound bath experience in a 1:1 and group setting, precautions, set-up, cleansing and holding a space energetically.

What’s included
3 Day Intensive Live Training
This program is an in-person intensive training, in which you’ll have the opportunity to learn about theory, practice and ask questions. In total, you will have 20 hours of live training. Training is mainly in English but German translation in class for clarification is also possible.
Study Buddy
Throughout the course, you’ll be paired with another student to review and hone your work. This is an important component to support each other throughout the process.
1-1 Mentoring Sessions
If you feel called to have additional 1:1 support throughout the course you can choose to add my online or in-person mentoring packages.
Supportive Community
As you will be going through this course with other like-minded people you will have the opportunity to connect to every individual via a WhatsApp Group. Important updates, valuable information, questions and stories will be shared here during and after the program.
20h Self Practice
You’ll be assigned homework and will be checked to track your progress. The practical self-study part of the course entails 20h, which at the end will be evaluated.
Workbook
This program includes a very thorough and information-packed workbook. Here I tried to put down all my knowledge about the theory of sound and sound healing practices from a scientific and spiritual perspective.

Meet the Instructor
Tamara’s journey into energy medicine began through her own search for balance, clarity, and deeper meaning — shaped by both Austrian and Brazilian roots and years of personal exploration. Over the past decade, she has trained internationally in Reiki, sound healing, cacao work, and various holistic modalities, integrating these teachings into a grounded and structured approach. Through the Energy Studio and Energy Medicine Academy, she now shares her experience to guide others toward self-regulation, embodied practice, and authentic spiritual development.

Yes, you will receive a Training Certification upon completion after each module or if you do the 5-month program you’ll recieve one at the end of your training.
In Austria you can then register yourself as a ‘Human Energetiker’ at the WKO once you want to become self-employed.

Yes. The training is designed to give you the tools, structure and confidence to start offering sessions — whether 1:1 or in group settings.

However, we will guide you on how to choose instruments if you wish to build your own set after the training. -
